Bel Horizon

Bel Horizon is an association founded in 2001 in the Miramar neighborhood of Oran. Its main mission is the preservation and promotion of the historical and natural heritage of the wilaya of Oran, through the training of guides and cultural mediators. Its activities include thematic guided tours of historical monuments, heritage walks through the medina and historic neighborhoods, cultural circuits for school groups and tourists, and citizen mobilization events around the preservation of natural spaces. The association collaborates with the Council of Europe as part of the Cultural Routes program and is a member of SHAREK Algeria. For over 20 years, it has actively contributed to making Oran's cultural heritage known and loved.
