Our mission
In Algeria, thousands of people volunteer every day in associations to help their neighbors, protect the environment, and support the most vulnerable. These initiatives exist — but they are often invisible. Babelkhir was born from a simple observation: people who want to help don't always know where to go. And associations that need volunteers or support don't always have the means to make themselves known.

What we do
- Index — Document and verify active associations across all 58 wilayas.
- Make visible — Allow anyone to find an association near them, based on their needs.
- Connect — Link volunteers, donors, and people in need with the right associations.
What we are not
Babelkhir is not an association, nor a donation operator. We do not collect funds, we do not manage direct aid. We are an information directory — a starting point, not a destination. If you need help, visit babelkhir.com, select your wilaya and contact the nearest association directly.
Who are we?
Babelkhir is a project carried by a collective of independent Algerians, convinced that solidarity deserves to be better organized. The site is free, without advertising, without collection of personal data.
Do you represent an association?
To list your association or update your profile, contact us. Send us: name, wilaya, sector(s), short description, contact details and a photo. We verify and publish manually.
